  1. No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. Purchase or Completion of Offers will not increase odds of winning.

  2. Current Contest ends 6/30/08 at 11:59 pm CST. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing conducted on or after 7/1/2008.
  3. Limit One Entry per Name / Email Address during the duration of the contest. 
  4. Employees of WinSwankyStuff.com, its affiliated subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all other entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family members and members of the same household of any of the above are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate.
  5. USA only. Void where prohibited. Anyone under 18 must have parental consent.
  6. Any entries submitted via automated or paid services & programs will be void and entrants disqualified.
  7. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable.
  8. The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by the entry closing date.
